Hi Again
Decided to take a little vacation from blogging, but I'm back. Really haven't had a lot to say lately, been really busy with work, the baby, more work, and a few small catering jobs along the way. Still haven't decided what contest to do next. I had planned to cook Westport, but we are now on the fence about possibly cooking Norwalk. Stay tuned.....

Aside from the fact that you're the returning champion at Westport, why would you say to cook it over Norwalk?
