Well I got myself a cool little video camera that I plan to use to invade people's privacy and bring some BBQ food porn to life. Might as well start with tonight's dinner at Bespoke in New Haven, was really good. Not BBQ but Sheila did have ribs, which were super tender and served with a sugar lime glaze and pickled onions. I had a braised lamb shank, which was nice and hearty.
The camera actually shoots pretty good quality video, it was really dark in there.
