Hey Ted, Great Blog! I recently moved back to CT from the heart of BBQ country, Kansas City. I really lucked out because my neighbor here is from Nebraska and has a great smoker that I seem to find an excuse to use almost every weekend. Do you know of any good wood sources here in CT? I'd like to help replenish his wood pile.
